ams OSRAM is seeking a Technical Leader to drive broadband optical communication IC developments from concept to production in Italy, providing cross‑functional technical leadership across design, verification, layout, packaging and test.
You will lead complex multi‑disciplinary programs, interface with customers and senior management, and mentor project leaders and engineers while aligning technology strategy with business goals. Advanced CMOS nodes (FinFET/FD‑SOI) experience is required.
