ams OSRAM is seeking an experienced senior validation engineer in Italy to lead RF, HF, analog, and high-speed digital IC validation. You will develop plans, characterize performance across conditions, and drive root-cause analysis for silicon issues.
The role requires a Master’s in EE or related field and 8+ years of semiconductor validation experience, including high-speed optical links and SerDes interfaces. You will collaborate with multiple engineering teams and support customer evaluations.
