ams OSRAM is seeking a Company-wide expert in HF analog circuit design for broadband optical communication ICs, responsible for defining methodologies and leading critical analog developments. Based in Lombardy, you will drive high-performance analog and mixed-signal designs for transmitter and receiver front ends.

Candidates should have MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering and 15+ years of analog IC design experience, with knowledge of FinFET/FD-SOI CMOS nodes and PLLs/CDRs/ADCs/DACs.
