ams OSRAM is seeking an senior expert in HF analog circuit design to lead the development of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits for broadband optical communication ICs. You will establish methodologies, drive transmitter and receiver architectures, and mentor senior engineers.
The role requires an MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering and 15+ years of analog IC design experience, with strong knowledge of HF topologies, PLLs/CDRs/ADCs/DACs and advanced CMOS processes such as FinFET
