ams OSRAM is seeking a Technical Authority for broadband optical IC architectures in Settimo Milanese, Italy. You will define architectures and roadmaps, drive system and IC design, and guide engineering teams through development and validation in collaboration with customers.
Qualifications include a MSc/PhD in EE and 15+ years of semiconductor IC experience, with tape-outs in advanced CMOS nodes and expertise in PMA/PHY architectures. Proficiency in MATLAB/Python is expected.
