The role partners with operational and commercial teams to support strategic decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. /p h3Tasks Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare and analyse monthly management reports and financial reviews, providing variance analysis and identifying key drivers impacting business performance. /li liSupport budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment between financial objectives and operational activities. /li liDevelop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives, investment projects, and management decision-making. /li liAct as a business partner for cross-functional teams,
supporting the evaluation of operational and financial performance while challenging assumptions and promoting data-driven decisions. /li liMonitor costs, margins, capital expenditures, and investment projects to ensure effective financial control and performance optimization. /li liSupport internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and financial governance standards. /li liEnhance reporting tools, dashboards, and controlling processes, driving standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liActively contribute to ERP transition projects, including SAP implementation and business intelligence development. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liTeam player with a collaborative approach and the ability to build effective partnerships across the business. /li liProactive, results-oriented, and business-minded professional with strong strategic thinking capabilities. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance attention to detail while maintaining a broad business perspective. /li liSolid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial modeling. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (SAP is a plus), and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI. /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights. /li liFluent in English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are considered a plus.
