ph3Your tasks /h3 ul liLead bring-up and validation of RF, HF, analog, mixed-signal, and high-speed digital ICs /li liDevelop and execute validation plans to verify compliance with product specifications /li liCharacterize device performance across process, voltage, and temperature conditions /li liDrive root-cause analysis and resolution of silicon issues /li liDefine validation methodologies, measurement strategies, and best practices /li liSupport design reviews and provide technical guidance during product development /li liEstablish correlation between simulations, models, and silicon measurements /li liAnalyze system-level performance including signal integrity, jitter, BER, noise, power consumption, and reliability /li liCollaborate with architecture, design, verification, layout, packaging, product engineering, and manufacturing teams /li liSupport customer evaluations, qualification activities, and technical presentations /li liMentor junior validation and test engineers /li /ul h3Who we are looking for /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related discipline /li li8+ years of experience in semiconductor validation, characterization, test,
or product engineering /li liProven track record supporting successful IC developments from first silicon through production /li liBroadband optical communication systems and IC validation, including high-speed optical links, SerDes-based interfaces, and mixed-signal subsystems /li liRF, HF, analog, mixed-signal, and high-speed digital characterization methodologies /li liLaboratory instrumentation including high-bandwidth oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers (VNAs), spectrum analyzers, BER testers, signal generators, and automated test equipment /li liSilicon bring-up, characterization, debugging, and correlation of measured and simulated performance /li /ul pams OSRAM is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
