Small engineering team, international customers. You'd be our first dedicated commercial hire on the marketing side — real ownership, not shadowing.
You'll do: prospect research across shipyards, integrators and distributors · CRM and pipeline · outbound email and LinkedIn copy in English · product one-pagers and case studies with our engineers · trade show support end to end.
You need: a degree or final-year studies in marketing, business or engineering · fluent English · curiosity about technical products · the ability to work without being told exactly how.
Italian or CRM experience are a plus.
