About the RoleESS Delivery and Comissioning Engineers play a pivotal role in transforming energy storage systems from blueprints into operational realities that function safely and reliably. Their responsibilities span the mid-to-late stages of project execution, centering on ensuring that systems are installed in accordance with design specifications and undergo systematic testing to achieve optimal performance and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the commissioning, project delivery, and acceptance of large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
- Perform commissioning, troubleshooting, and defect resolution for battery containers/cabinets, including:Fire Suppression System (FSS),Liquid Cooling System (HVAC/TMS),DC Circuits (up to 1500V DC),Auxiliary AC Circuits (220V/400V AC),BMS Communication Systems Assist with the commissioning of PCS (Power Conversion System) and EMS (Energy Management System), with a basic understanding of their operating principles.
- Support on-site issue analysis, fault diagnosis, corrective actions, and issue closure together with the project team.
- Participate in Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), grid connection testing, and project acceptance activities.
- Support customer training on system operation, maintenance, and product usage.
- Track commissioning issues through to closure and ensure projects are delivered according to schedule.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D;, Quality, After-Sales Servi
