Hands-on experience in a legacy modernization, application migration or reengineering project, with a clear understanding of your contribution and the outcomes achieved. Strong programming skills in at least one modern language, such as Java, Python or C#, and the ability to understand unfamiliar codebases. Experience analysing business logic, application dependencies and data flows, and using automated tests to verify software behaviour. Practical experience using AI tools for software development, with the ability to review generated code and validate its correctness. /lilibSoft skills /b. You are curious about how complex systems work and persistent when solving unfamiliar problems. You take ownership of your work, explain technical choices clearly and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients. You enjoy sharing knowledge and helping others grow. /lilibNice to have /b.
