As part of the reinforcement of our operations in Italy, we are currently looking for a
Maintenance Superintendent to join an onshore industrial
Oil & Gas site located in
Basilicata, Italy.
Coordinate and supervise site maintenance activities
Participate in HAZID, HAZOP, fault tree analysis, PTW processes, and HSE meetings
Define maintenance priorities in coordination with operational teams
Monitor critical parameters of static and rotating equipment (vibrations, temperatures, pressures, availability, efficiency, etc.)
Support the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
Optimize short- and long-term maintenance plans
Ensure compliance with site maintenance procedures and policies
Liaise with inspection teams to optimize equipment shutdown periods
Participate in daily PTW meetings and regular maintenance meetings
Ensure availability of spare parts and consumables
Analyze breakdowns and production shortfalls
Contribute to maintenance budgeting activities
Evaluate maintenance contractors’ performance and ensure HSE compliance
Monitor and report maintenance KPIs
Qualifications
Education
Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation disciplines
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance activities
At least xkiyazw 5 years of experience in operational maintenance within Oil & Gas facilities
Technical Skills
Strong experience in industrial maintenance operations
Good knowledge of maintenance contracts management
Familiarity with rotating equipment and reliability strategies
Understanding of HSE standards and industrial site requirements
Languages
Italian would be considered a strong advantage

Contract Duration: 1 year renewable
Rotation Schedule: 28/28
Working Hours: 12 hours/day
