ppWithin the bPeople Care /b team, we are looking for a bSenior Development Talent Management Professional. /b /p pKey responsibilities of the role will include: /p ul liLead strategic talent and development projects from design to implementation; /li liDesign and deliver leadership, acceleration and career development initiatives; /li liSupport succession planning activities for strategic positions; /li liPartner with stakeholders to identify talent and development needs; /li liMonitor KPIs and provide insights for decision making; /li liContribute to the evolution of talent management frameworks. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or STEM fields; /li liStrong project management capabilities, stakeholder management, HR analytics; /li lib7-8+ years /b of experience in Talent Management/ HR ro similar fields; /li /ul h3Soft Skills: /h3 ul liAbility to manage stakeholders at all levels; /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pWe offer employment at the manager level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement. /p pGross annual salary ranging between 57K€ and 67K€.
