Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.br/We are looking for abPROJECT INSTALLATION MANAGER /bbr/bJOB SCOPE: /bPlan and manage all site operations in close cooperation with PM, Installation Engineering and Design activities, Procurement and Logistics, ensuring integration on field and installation of the complete System.br/He/she has end-to-end accountability at project level, from a QCD and performance points of view for his/her scope in compliance with Signalling and security strategy, policies, local regulations and standards.br/In compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards, he/she is in charge of operational coordination of all project activities related to Site Works, including:br/ /pulliManagement and organization of site activities, including sites facilities, resources plan, site access and tools /liliDelivering and maintaining of plans, procedures, Work Method Statements for Installation and Test Commissioning Plans /liliManagement of Work Package assigned for Site Operations /liliManagement of Installation Works for all Sub-Systems and System equipment and related performance, including monitoring and leading actions on planning, risks, opportunities, best practices, non-conformities, technical interfaces /liliManagement of Sub-contractors, including monitoring of quality and delivery through site visits, inspections and assessments /liliManagement of the interfaces with 3rd Parties such as facilities providers, Civil Work partners, etc /liliCoordination of Installation Engineering Design for the complete System, based on all necessary inputs provided by the Sub-System Engineering /liliIndustrial,
Procurement and Logistics activities:ulliCoordination of the Procurement activities under the Sub-Systems responsibility and of the field installation equipment /liliCoordination of the Logistic activities (incl. warehouse management) /liliDeployment and application of Signalling Installation Process on Site /li /ul /liliContinuous improvement:ulliAssurance of continuous Installation performance improvement within the Project /liliContribution to best practices definition and REX within the Product Line /liliParticipation to Process / "Metier" improvement workgroup when requested, to propose update/improvement of the Installation and TC way of working, process, tools and RefLib /li /ul /liliAssurance of EHS compliance (Zero deviation) through EHS plan, site inspections, people assessment etc /li /ulbQUALIFICATIONS SKILLS REQUIRED: /bbr/ulliDegree in Engineering /liliAt least 5 years of experience in field work execution in the railway sector /liliStrong understanding of interface processes between civil works and rail sub-systems /liliExperience in Environment, Health Safety, knowledge of local legal requirements /liliExperience in management and evaluation of subcontractors /liliTeam spirit approach and good communication skills /liliPossess the agility to adapt to change in direction and priorities in a project and deadline-oriented environment /li /ulh3JOB LOCATION /h3: We can hire in our Sites of Bologna, Florence, Rome or Bari.br/Mandatory requirement: availability to travel in Italy and work in field also 5 day per week.br/Salary range: 43.400 -57.800; CCNL Metalmeccanicobr/You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
