ppWe are looking for a highly experienced and technically strongVP Financial Reporting Consolidationto lead Domyn Group Holding’s financial reporting, consolidation and accounting governance activities. /p pBased inDomyn Group Holding, headquartered in Milan, the VP will oversee the financial reporting and consolidation of the international Group, including operations in theUS, UK, India and Switzerland, as well as future European entities. /p pReporting directly to theGroup CFO, the role will ensure accurate, timely and robust consolidated reporting, while supporting Domyn’s international growth, potential future IPO and relationships with investors, lenders and auditors. /p pThis is a high-impact leadership role combiningtechnical accounting, financial reporting, systems transformation and cross-functional leadershipin a fast-growing technology environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the preparation and delivery of Domyn's consolidated financial statements and Group financial reporting packages; /li liOversee monthly, quarterly and annual closing and consolidation processes across the Group; /li liEstablish and maintain robust Group accounting policies, procedures and reporting standards; /li liCoordinate the preparation of statutory financial statements for relevant Group entities; /li liEnsure consistent accounting policies and reporting standards across the Group's operations in the US, UK, India and Switzerland; /li liSupport the integration of new entities and countries into the Group's reporting and consolidation framework as Domyn continues its European expansion; /li liMaintain strong knowledge ofItalian GAAP (ITA GAAP), IFRS and US GAAP, supporting the Group in accounting policy decisions and complex transactions; /li liAssess the accounting implications of new business models, MA transactions, financing arrangements, share-based payments, revenue recognition and other complex transactions; /li liLead and coordinate financial reporting activities related to IPO readiness and potential future capital markets transactions; /li liLead the evolution of the Group's financial reporting and consolidation systems,



leveragingOracle NetSuiteas the Group ERP; /li liSupport the implementation and optimization of NetSuite's accounting, consolidation and reporting capabilities. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster's Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline; /li liProfessional accounting qualification (e;g; Italian Dottore Commercialista, Certified Public Accountant, ACCA or equivalent) is highly desirable; /li liAdditional qualifications in IFRS, financial reporting or capital markets are considered a plus; /li li10+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting, consolidation, technical accounting or audit; /li liSignificant experience in international groups, preferably within technology, software, AI, telecommunications, infrastructure or other fast-growing sectors; /li liPrevious experience supporting anIPO, public listing, capital markets transaction or IPO readiness program; /li liExperience managing external audits and complex financial reporting processes; /li liPrevious experience in a Big Four audit firm and/or a multinational corporate finance environment is highly valued; /li liExperience in MA, post-merger integration and accounting for complex corporate transactions is a strong plus; /li liDemonstrated experience building or transforming finance functions in high-growth or rapidly scaling organizations; /li liExcellent English language skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to operate confidently in an international executive environment; /li liStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills; /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liDetail-oriented, with strong professional judgment and a high level of accuracy; /li liAble to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines; /li liHands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to challenges; /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills,

The typical salary for this role ranges between € 60.000 and € 90.000. As you gain experience and make more significant contributions to the business, your compensation will be reviewed to match your impact.
