For our headquarters in Concorezzo (MB), Frette is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst & Administrator to support the implementation, configuration, management, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform.
The role will play a particularly important part during the initial implementation phase:



the successful candidate will work closely with commercial departments to understand their processes, business needs, and priorities, translating them into functional and Salesforce requirements and collaborating with the external consultant responsible for the implementation to ensure that the solution developed effectively meets the company's needs.
Once the platform is implemented, the successful candidate will be responsible for its day-to-day administration and maintenance, while also providing user support, contributing to process optimization, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
