Main Responsibilities
Define the long-term commercial strategy in line with company objectives;
Develop and coordinate various business models: a distribution network (especially abroad) and a sales team in Italy operating directly.;
Analyze the market to identify new business opportunities;
Coordinate and motivate the sales team, setting clear and measurable goals;
Support, train,and monitor the performance of the field sales team;
Constantly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales;
Prepare periodic reports for company management, featuring forecasts and future sales analyses;
Manage the sales budget to ensure activities are conducted cost-effectively and profitably;
Directly managea portfolio of major strategic accounts;
Attend industrytrade shows, professional events, and client meetings.
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in xysqume the cosmetics and/or nutraceutical sector, gained within an international context; xkiyazw
Bachelor's or Master's degree in scientific disciplines (Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology) or Economics;
Experience in team management;
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English (C1 level);
