Global Project Business Quality Leader (m/f/d)In this role you will build and lead the Global Project Business Quality model to make quality a competitive advantage for Hager’s project-driven solutions. You will drive governance across the entire lifecycle—from specification and engineering to installation and after-sales—and ensure that hardware, software, and configurations perform together in customer environments. You will lead quality improvements across fields, installations and partner networks while translating field feedback into structural gains.
This is a strategic, cross-functional leadership role with a clear impact on customer trust and project performance.

- Define and deploy a global Project Business Quality framework across the lifecycle
- Strengthen quality at solution level and integrate quality into requirements, design and project preparation
- Lead handling of major customer complaints, field issues and escalations with fast containment and root-cause analysis
- Improve installation, commissioning and field performance quality standards
- Convert customer and field feedback into system-wide improvements across products, processes and partners
- Reduce Cost of Poor Quality by identifying drivers and implementing preventive measures
- Collaborate across R&D;, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales,
Service and Group Quality
- Develop partner qualification, onboarding, audits and performance improvements
- Make quality performance visible with dashboards, KPIs and project reviews
- Provide transparent reporting and recommendations to Project Business leadership and Group functions
- University degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related technical field
- Significant international, project-driven industrial leadership experience in quality, engineering or operations
- Strong exposure to complex electrical systems, engineered solutions or comparable technical project businesses
- Solid understanding xkiyazw of system, solution and application quality beyond product conformity
- Proven experience with customer quality, field quality, complaints, escalations and warranty issues and Cost of Poor Quality
- Knowledge of quality and risk management, certification processes and ISO 9001 and CE requirements
- Hands-on experience with 8D, FMEA, root-cause analysis, Six Sigma or equivalent methodologies
- Experience defining governance, processes and performance indicators across functions and regions
- Experience in electrical distribution, switchgear, panel building, system integration, EPC or related environments (valued)
