The successful candidate will be comfortable performing a wide range of tasks, from administration to strategy. The position is based in Milano, Italy. /ph3Accountabilities /h3ulliEnsure the issuance of an estimate of total external costs for highly complex tenders. /liliPlan and forecast external costs (materials, services, packages, subcontractors) during the project execution phase in collaboration with the cost control office. /liliProvide all supply chain inputs necessary to define and issue the integrated project plan. /liliIssue and distribute planning and logistics documents (Logistics Plan, MPS, Inventory Report, etc.) to project teams. /liliCoordinate all planning and logistics activities between legal entities involved in the project to ensure delivery of project materials (including spare parts and repair of failed materials) in line with project requirements. /liliManage production launch activities (transfer orders, purchase orders, advance demand, etc.) in line with project planning. /liliIssue purchase requests for all materials, external services, packages, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
