Founding-level opportunity

We are looking for a senior technology builder interested in helping shape the next stage of a European AI venture.
This is not a conventional software engineering vacancy. We are looking for someone who combines hands-on building capability with strong architecture and product judgment — and who is interested in meaningful ownership.
You will work closely with the founder on technology architecture, rapid product development and the evolution of the company’s technical capabilities.

- AI-native product architecture
- Rapid prototyping and product development
- Full-stack SaaS architecture
- AI agents and agentic development workflows
- Multi-tenant architecture and data isolation
- Authentication and permissions
- Privacy-by-design and security-by-design
- Technical documentation and engineering standards
- Build-vs-buy decisions
- Technical scalability
- Selection of specialist engineering resources when required
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Senior software engineering / technology leadership experience
- Strong hands-on full-stack capabilities
- React / TypeScript or comparable modern stack
- PostgreSQL and modern backend infrastructure
- Cloud architecture
- LLM/API integrations
- AI-native development
- Agentic coding workflows
- B2B SaaS architecture
- Security and privacy-by-design
- Understanding of GDPR
- Excellent English
HIGHLY VALUED
- Previous CTO, Technical Lead or Founding Engineer experience
- Experience taking products from zero to production
- Responsible AI / AI governance
- Cybersecurity
- RegTech, HRTech or EdTech
- Enterprise technology
- Startup or technical due diligence experience

EQUITY & COMPENSATION
This role does not currently include a fixed salary.
It is structured as an equity-first founding opportunity for someone interested in participating in long-term value creation.
Equity, vesting, expected time commitment, milestones and the transition to future cash compensation will be agreed transparently with the selected candidate before any commitment is made.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Specific product details, architecture, intellectual property and roadmap information will be shared progressively with shortlisted candidates.
