Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Community Manager to work on a full-time basis. The role involves moderating user-generated content, fostering engagement, and ensuring a positive experience for participants across digital platforms. Building and sustaining community relationships is central to this position.
Key Responsibilities: Moderate forum discussions, social media channels, and member-generated content to maintain a respectful and constructive environment.
Develop and implement engagement strategies to grow active participation and user retention within the community.
Respond to member inquiries, feedback, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align community initiatives with broader business objectives.
Monitor platform metrics and community health indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience moderating online communities or forums with a focus on quality and inclusivity.
Proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for public-facing interactions.
Ability to analyze data and report on community engagement metrics.
Familiarity with content moderation policies and best practices.
