Are you ready to lead growth-focused business across EMEA, driving innovation and customer value in a dynamic landscape of sales and services? We are looking for our new Director, Improvement Projects and Roll Services.
In this role, you will have full leadership and business responsibility for the Improvement Projects and Roll Services business across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa).
This includes overseeing improvement projects, new roll sales, roll services, and mill maintenance operations. Your mission is to drive profitable growth and elevate customer satisfaction by empowering our regional teams, shaping and executing effective sales and operational strategies, and identifying new business opportunities to expand our footprint.
Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Drive profitable growth and ensure customer-centric delivery across EMEA in the respective business:
- Improvement Projects and New Roll.
- Roll Services.
- Maintenance outsourcing.
- Lead strategic planning and development initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and synergies.
- Strengthen agreement based business and operational practices.
