Provide operational support to all F&, B outlets during service periods, events, and high-volume operations
Deliver exceptional guest service and handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally
Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with hotel procedures and brand expectations
Assist with VIP arrivals, guest relations, and special requests
Supervise shifts and support team members during operational hours
