What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Special Projects & Events Coordinator to join our Corporate Marketing & Communications team, supporting the delivery of the department's event and special project portfolio. In this role, you will coordinate corporate events and special projects from brief and planning through execution and final delivery, acting as the main operational point of reference for internal teams, agencies, suppliers and external production partners. Working within the strategic and creative direction defined by the Corporate Marketing & Communications team, you will help translate approved briefs into structured operational plans and ensure smooth, on-time and on-brand execution. The role requires proven hands-on experience in event production and project coordination, together with a highly organized, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
