ams Italy S.r.l. is seeking an experienced Semiconductor Validation Lead to drive bring-up and validation of RF, HF, analog, mixed-signal and high-speed digital ICs across process, voltage, and temperature.
You will define validation methodologies and correlate simulations with silicon measurements.
You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with architecture, design, verification, layout, packaging, product engineering and manufacturing to ensure successful transitions from first silicon
