In qualità di azienda operante nell'industria della moda di lusso con un resistente profilo etico, siamo leader e innovatori nel settore. /b /p h3Overview /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our People Culture team on a 12-month-Fixed-Term Contract (FTC), based in Milan or Novara and reporting to the People Partner. /p pThe role will be fully focused on Italian payroll, ensuring an accurate, timely and compliant payroll process and providing a high-quality service to employees and the business. /p pThe successful candidate will bring strong knowledge of Italian payroll and employment legislation, excellent attention to detail and proven hands-on expertise in Zucchetti. /p h3Your Mission /h3 ul liCoordinate the monthly payroll process for Italy, ensuring accurate and timely delivery in partnership with the external payroll provider. /li liCollect, validate and submit monthly payroll inputs and review payroll outputs, ensuring accuracy before final approval. /li liManage Zucchetti, with a particular focus on time and attendance, absences and payroll-related employee data. /li liAct as the main point of contact for the external payroll provider, coordinating the payroll cycle and resolving any queries or discrepancies.



/li liPartner closely with the Finance team to coordinate salary payments, ensure accurate and timely payroll information, perform monthly payroll reconciliations and support year-end activities. /li liAct as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on all payroll-related matters, providing timely, accurate and clear support and ensuring a consistently high level of customer service. /li liProactively manage and resolve employee payroll queries and issues, following through to resolution and ensuring a positive employee experience. /li liEnsure payroll processes comply with Italian payroll and labour legislation, keeping up to date with relevant regulatory changes. /li liMaintain accurate payroll documentation and reporting and contribute to continuous improvements in payroll processes and controls. /li /ul h3Your Talent /h3 ul liSolid previous experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar payroll-focused role. /li liStrong experience managing the Italy payroll cycle, including payroll inputs, controls, reconciliations and validation of payroll outputs. /li liProven experience working with and coordinating an external payroll provider. /li liStrong understanding of payroll calculations, with the ability to independently review, validate and challenge payroll outputs produced by the provider. /li liExcellent knowledge of Italian payroll and labour legislation, taxation and social security requirements.



/li liStrong hands-on knowledge and experience of Zucchetti is mandatory, particularly for time and attendance management. /li liKnowledge of Workday HRIS is preferred. /li liPrevious experience with payroll reconciliations, reporting and year-end processes. /li liStrong Excel skills and a high level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail. /li liFluent in Italian with good working proficiency in English. /li liStrong customer service mindset, with the ability to handle employee payroll queries with professionalism, empathy and a solution-oriented approach. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees, managers and internal and external stakeholders. /li liAbility to work independently, manage strict monthly payroll deadlines and follow issues through to resolution. /li /ul h3Salary Range /h3 p€ 40.000 - € 45.000 Gross Annual Salary (RAL). /p pA noi di Stella McCartney piace essere audaci.
