As part of our Contract Lifecycle Management Team, you will play a key role in supporting the business through forecasting activities, financial and operational metrics analysis, vendor rebate management, and the preparation of reports for key business stakeholders. In this role, you will work closely with the team responsible for managing services contracts and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization. Your primary interfaces will include the Finance Director, Services Delivery Director, and Sales leadership teams, ensuring alignment between commercial, operational, and financial objectives. /p h3Your Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liWeekly and monthly forecast (costs and revenue); /li liAnalyze financial and operational metrics; /li liKnowledge of vendor rebate policies and procedures; /li liSupport vendor rebate tracking, validation, and reporting processes; /li liPrepare regular reports for business leaders and stakeholders; /li liEnsure accuracy and consistency of business and financial information; /li liProvide analytical support for strategic and operational decision-making; /li liIdentify opportunities to improve processes, reporting quality, and operational efficiency. /li /ul h3Your Experience Competencies /h3 ul liStrong aptitude for numerical analysis and the management of complex data, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail; /li liAbility to prepare, interpret, and present financial and business reports, including profit and loss statements, forecasts, and project progress analyses; /li liExcellent organizational and prioritization skills, with a structured and results-oriented approach; /li liAble to adapt in a fast-paced environment; /li liCollaborative mindset and strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions such as Finance, Sales, Services, Operations, and Vendor Management; /li liProactive approach to problem-solving; /li liAbility to work with different company tools (SAP, PowerBI, vendor tool,
