Based in Milan, you'll play a key role in shaping resilient, efficient and sustainable mechanical systems that support the critical environments powering today's digital economy. /ppAs a Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineer, you'll provide technical leadership across complex projects, influencing design decisions from concept through to delivery. Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you'll help deliver innovative cooling, ventilation and thermal management solutions that support the operational demands of modern data centres. /ph3What You'll Be Doing /h3ulliLead the design and delivery of mechanical building services systems for mission-critical projects. /liliDevelop and review technical calculations, specifications and engineering reports. /liliDesign HVAC, cooling, ventilation and water-based systems for hyperscale and colocation data centres. /liliCoordinate with electrical, structural and architectural disciplines to deliver integrated solutions. /liliAttend client meetings and provide technical guidance throughout project lifecycles. /liliMentor junior engineers and support technical development across the team. /liliDrive innovation and engineering excellence while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and best practices. /liliDegree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. /liliStrong understanding of HVAC, chilled water, cooling and ventilation systems. /liliExperience leading multidisciplinary design teams and managing stakeholder relationships. /liliData centre or mission-critical project experience is advantageous.
