/ph3Key Accountabilities /h3h3Project Support /h3ulliAssist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, defining individual tasks, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with the project team.
/liliUpdate project trackers and reports regularly to keep stakeholders informed of project status.
/li /ulh3Client Interaction /h3ulliAct as a supporting point of contact for the client, providing regular updates as directed by the Project Manager.
/liliAddress client queries and concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary to maintain client satisfaction.
/liliParticipate in client meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items.
/li /ulh3Documentation /h3ulliPrepare and organize project documentation, ensuring that all records, including contracts, scope documents, and timelines, are accurate and accessible.
/liliTrack document versions and ensure compliance with company documentation standards.
/liliAssist in creating reports and summaries for internal and client use, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
/li /ulh3Scheduling and Coordination /h3ulliCoordinate meetings, arrange logistics, and distribute agendas and minutes to relevant stakeholders.
/liliTrack key project milestones and send reminders to the team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
/liliMaintain and update the project calendar to reflect changes in timelines or deliverable deadlines.
/li /ulh3Budget and Risk Monitoring /h3ulliSupport budget tracking by collecting and compiling expense reports and project costs for analysis.
/liliAssist in identifying potential budget variances and flag them for the Project Manager.
/liliMonitor project risks, document them in risk logs, and report findings to assist with risk mitigation.
/li /ulh3Quality Assurance /h3ulliAssist in conducting quality checks on deliverables, ensuring they meet the specified standards.
/liliDocument and report any quality issues or deviations from the project plan.
/liliProvide feedback to the team on areas for improvement in project processes.
/li /ulh3Education /h3pMaster's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering /ph3Qualifications /h3ulliMandatory requirement: Registered as a protected category candidate under Italian Law ***** (collocamento mirato).
/lili+1 year of experience in an engineering or technical role within a project setting, ideally with exposure to cross-functional teamwork.
/liliProfessional project management certifications are desirable (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or similar).
A certification in Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) can also be beneficial.
/liliBasic understanding of project management principles, including project lifecycle, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
/liliBasic knowledge of Agile or Lean methodologies is advantageous, depending on the organization's preferred approach.
/liliProven ability to work effectively in team settings, ideally with some exposure to cross-functional project work.
/liliExperience in tracking progress, managing schedules, and coordinating small project components or task lists.

/ppThe gross annual salary range foreseen is between €30,000 and €38,000 and will be finally defined on candidate's professional experience, qualifications, competencies, and overall alignment with the role.
/ppIn addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
/ppThe overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare.
