Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
- Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets) adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
- Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.
- Organize and manage the stockroom of the store and deliveries.
- Receive incoming goods and prepare outgoing goods.
- Handle goods within the store and be responsible for the organization of the stockroom.
- Manage inventory and perform stock verification.
- Foster a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar roles (Stock Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
- Knowledge of key commerce KPIs.
- Proficiency in using computers and key software applications.
- Results‑oriented mindset.
- Agility,
dynamism and flexibility.
- Organisational skills.
- Aptitude for teamwork.
- Physical and stress resistance.
- High school diploma.
- Good knowledge of English.
