ppWe are currently looking for a bSenior Consultant /b to join our Management Consulting team based in Milan. /ppThe Sr. Consultant will be involved in bdevelopment and delivery of multiple consulting projects /b for our clients (bPharmaCos, BiotechCos, PE investment funds, etc. /b). /ppProjects cover a broad spectrum including Commercial Excellence, Go-to-Market and Launch strategies, Portfolio optimization strategies, Buy-side and Sell-side MA that are deeply impacting our clients’ business bleveraging IQVIA information assets /b. /ph3Responsibilities: /h3ulliParticipates in the bdesign /b, bdevelopment /b and bdelivery /b of bconsulting projects /b or components of larger, complex projects /liliEngage with clients and present complete, client-specific solutions and recommendations, frequently collaborating with other IQVIA teams (Analytics, Real World Solutions, Market Research, etc.); /liliTakes responsibility for creating reports, presentations and other client deliverables; /liliConducts bdesk research /b to a specific brief using binternal and external sources /b; /liliPerforms bquantitative ana /blyses to aid development of recommendations; /liliContributes to the preparation, execution and follow-up of bclient meetings and workshops /b; /liliWorks independently and as part of a team, with responsibility for bsupervising junior team members /b and providing them with direction and guidance; /liliSupports bproposal development activities /b (provides support to Principals in proposal design/stream, finding of sources, etc.); /liliOversees project planning and execution, coordinating multiple workstreams, monitoring timelines and deliverables, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to the expected quality standards. /liliBuilds and maintains strong client and internal stakeholder relationships, serving as a trusted point of contact and ensuring clear communication, alignment and expectation management.
