Terminal Operator (m/f/d) – Career Changers Welcome
Your mission that drives sustainability in logistics Help keep freight moving—safely and efficiently—by supporting daily terminal operations in Domodossola. You don’t need a traditional logistics background: if you’re reliable, safety-minded, and motivated to learn, we will train you on the job.
What you’ll do: Operate Reach Stacker and Tug Master vehicles
Load/unload containers and trailers from trains, trucks and storage areas
Move trailers between parking lots and the train (yard driving)
Check equipment before use; report any faults immediately
Stop operations if there is a safety risk
Coordinate with yard staff using communication systems
Follow safety rules and use PPE at all times
Valid driving licence (Category B)
Motivation to work in an operational, outdoor, hands-on environment
Experience with heavy terminal equipment is a plus—but not required
Certificates are welcome (if you have them): forklift/telehandler , truck licence
Basic confidence using digital tools (mobile/laptop terminal systems)
You stay calm under pressure, work accurately, and communicate clearly
