Key responsibilities include: - Process and verify all reservation summaries and special requirements from the Central Reservation System (CRS) - Handle all telephone communications in a professional and courteous manner - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences - Maintain and update guest profiles and preferences in the reservation system - Comply with all required trainings, including Fire, Tsunami, and First Aid standards, and stay current with market trends and competitor information - Demonstrate passion and professionalism in all guest interactions, maintaining an elegant demeanor and attentive service approach vetrinabakeca
