ams OSRAM is seeking a senior expert in HF analog circuit design for broadband optical communication ICs in Italy. You will define methodologies, lead critical analog developments, and guide transmitter/receiver architectures while mentoring senior engineers.
The role requires 15+ years of analog IC design experience, deep knowledge of broadband optical ICs, PLL/CDR/ADC/DAC proficiency, and advanced CMOS process experience such as FinFET or FD-SOI.
