ams OSRAM is seeking a Verification Leader to define strategies for broadband optical ICs and to lead block- and chip-level verification. You will drive coverage and metrics while coordinating cross-functional debug and mentoring engineers in a high-frequency, mixed-signal environment.
Candidates should hold MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of verification experience, strong SystemVerilog/UVM skills, and experience in FinFET/FD-SOI CMOS nodes and automated regression environments.
