ams OSRAM is seeking a Technical Leader to drive HF analog layout strategy for broadband optical communication ICs or comparable RF ICs in our Lombardy facility. You will guide sign-off processes and mentor layout engineers across teams.
The role demands 10+ years RF/analog layout experience, advanced CMOS node knowledge (FinFET/FD-SOI), and expertise in matching, shielding and isolation, EM-aware methodologies, and floorplanning leadership.
