Role Description
Pharmatec is looking for an experienced Construction Manager for an ongoing pharmaceutical project in Lombardy, Italy. Start date: October 2026.
We are looking for a professional with solid experience in pharmaceutical construction projects , able to independently coordinate site activities, contractors and suppliers within a GMP environment.
Key responsibilities:
Coordination and supervision of construction and installation activities on site
Management of contractors and suppliers
Monitoring of work progress,
quality and project requirements
Coordination with the different stakeholders involved in the project
Participation in site meetings and support in resolving technical issues
Oversight of project documentation and handover activities
Profile:
Proven experience in Construction Management within the pharmaceutical industry
Good understanding of GMP environments and pharmaceutical facilities
Strong experience in contractor and supplier coordination
Fluent Italian , as it is the working language on site
Good command of English
Availability for full-time on-site activities
Freelance / P.IVA
Professionals based in Lombardy or nearby areas are preferred.
