ams OSRAM in Italy is seeking an experienced Verification Leader to define verification strategies for broadband optical communication ICs, including high-frequency mixed-signal interfaces and high-speed datapaths. You will lead block- and chip-level verification and drive coverage closure.
The ideal candidate holds MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of verification experience, strong SystemVerilog and UVM skills, and hands-on exposure to FinFET/FD-SOI CMOS nodes.
