ams OSRAM is seeking a Technical Leader to drive architecture and RTL development for high-speed digital subsystems in communication ICs and mixed-signal SoCs. You will define architectures, lead RTL integration, and guide verification teams.
The role demands 10+ years in digital IC design, expertise in Verilog/SystemVerilog, and strong experience with high-speed interfaces like UCIe or PCIe. CMOS node knowledge (FinFET/FD-SOI) is required.
