You will shape layout strategy for broadband optical communication ICs and other RF ICs, lead floorplanning, and enforce robust methodologies across teams. You will drive parasitic-aware implementations, support design sign-off, and mentor junior layout engineers, leveraging advanced CMOS nodes including FinFET/FD-SOI.
