Location: Vimercate or Monvalle - Italy
Hybrid – 1 day per week in the office required

The Job:
As the Italy Payroll Specialist, you’ll be part of our Payroll team.
You’ll get to:
- Support the Payroll Lead in daily payroll activities, including hires, terminations, transformations, UNILAV processing, payroll changes, time and attendance system updates, absence management,
and payroll controls in cooperation with the external provider, ADP.
- Perform end-to-end payroll controls to ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Manage pension fund information and related payroll administration activities.
- Oversee garnishments management in line with local legal and payroll requirements.
- Verify monthly F24 and UNIEMENS submissions for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare payroll payments and a variety of payroll-related reports.
- Collaborate closely with the internal payroll team to ensure smooth and efficient payroll operations.
- Resolve payroll issues and respond to questions raised by employees and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Support year-end payroll activities, including CU, 770, audits, and payroll-related projects.
