As an IT Operations & Support Specialist,you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our ITservices. You will provide advanced support, contribute to operationalexcellence, and collaborate closely with colleagues, external partners, andbusiness users to deliver a seamless IT experience.
Your Responsibilities

- Provide2nd and 3rd level support for IT incidents and service requests
- Troubleshootapplications, networks, and operating systems
- Performmonitoring, patching, backups, and maintenance activities
- Maintainoperational documentation and knowledge base articles
- SupportIT projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Provideonsite support and participate in on-call activities when required
- Participate to on-duty-call service
- Performsecurity related activities up to 20% of the total time out of businesshours
Your profile
-
- Technicalqualification in IT or a comparable field
- Previousexperience in IT Support, Help Desk, or IT Operations
- Strongtroubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeof IT infrastructure, operating systems, and service management practices
- Goodcommunication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- FluentEnglish; German and/or Italian are an advantage
