ppFor a primary Italian multinational Tier-1 Automotive Group, having headquarter near Verona, we are looking for an: /p h3Industrial and financial Controller - Mexico /h3 pThe successful candidate will be responsible for the industrial controlling activities of a manufacturing plant located in Mexico. /p pThe position combines industrial controlling, monthly closing and group reporting responsibilities, working closely with the local management and the Group Finance organization. /p pThis position represents an excellent opportunity for a Finance/Controlling professional looking to start or accelerate an international career within a leading Italian Tier-1 Automotive Group. /p pThe selected candidate will initially join the Group Headquarters for a 6-8 month training period, aimed at gaining a deep understanding of the companys industrial processes, controlling systems, reporting standards and finance procedures. Following this initial training, the candidate will relocate to Mexico under a local Mexican employment contract. /p pOver time, the role may evolve towards responsibility for the controlling activities of the wider Americas region, including Mexico, Brazil and the USA. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pManaging the industrial controlling activities of the Mexican manufacturing plant /p pPreparing and coordinating monthly financial closings and ensuring timely and accurate reporting to the Group /p pMonitoring industrial costs, profitability, production performance and key operational KPIs /p pAnalysing actual results versus Budget, Forecast and previous periods, identifying variances and their key drivers /p pManaging and analysing industrial costs by Bill of Materials (BOM / product structure), ensuring accurate monitoring of material costs,



conversion costs and product profitability /p pSupporting the Plant Manager and local management with financial analysis and business insights /p pPreparing management reporting and financial information for submission to the Group consolidation process /p pManaging the budgeting and forecasting processes for the plant /p pMonitoring manufacturing costs, including materials, labour, overheads, scrap and production efficiencies, inventories /p pWorking closely with Operations, Production and other local functions to improve cost control and operational performance /p pEnsuring compliance with Group controlling, accounting and reporting procedures /p pActing as a key interface between the Mexican plant and the Group Headquarters /p pSupporting internal and external audit activities and ensuring the quality and reliability of financial information /p pOver time, potentially expanding the scope of responsibility towards the controlling activities of the Mexico, Brazil and USA region /p h3Requirements /h3 pProven experience in plant controlling, preferably within industrial, manufacturing or multinational environments /p pSolid knowledge of industrial controlling, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and monthly closing processes /p pGood knowledge of management control systems structured by Bill of Materials (BOM), with the ability to analyse product costs starting from the individual components, raw materials and production processes /p pExperience in analysing manufacturing costs and operational performance /p pStrong understanding of financial reporting and consolidation processes /p ul liMotivation and ability to build and implement a management control system starting from a greenfield environment, defining processes,



KPIs, reporting and analytical methodologies /li liExperience or strong interest in the design and implementation of industrial controlling processes. /li liSupporting the company in the implementation of a new ERP system, with particular focus on Finance, Controlling and Industrial Costing processes. /li liAbility to structure cost controls by Bill of Materials (BOM), starting from individual components and key industrial cost drivers. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a hands-on and business-oriented approach /li /ul pExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both Finance and Operations /p pStrong interest in developing an international career and willingness to relocate to Mexico /p pItalian: mandatory, English: mandatory, Spanish: highly preferred /p h3Location: Mexico + initial training period at Group Headquarters near Verona in Italy /h3 pOur client offers an international career opportunity with an initial training period at Headquarters followed by a local Mexican employment contract. /p pOur client offers a salary aligned with your expertise and dedication, fostering equity.
