Join our team as a Product Specialist, Head & Neck and play a key role in expanding the adoption and growth of our surgical portfolio across Western Europe.As the regional product expert, you will partner with surgeons,
distributors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to drive market development, deliver clinical education, and support the successful commercialization of innovative solutions. Through strong customer relationships and strategic collaboration, you will help advance procedural adoption while contributing to business growth across the region. You will report to the Marketing Director and will be working remotely.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Drive portfolio growth across Western Europe through customer engagement, clinical support, and market development initiatives.Deliver product training, educational programs, and field-based support for customers, distributors, and internal teams.Lead product launches and commercialization activities, ensuring successful adoption of current and future innovations.Identify market trends, customer needs, competi
