Great opportunity to join our Team as a Web Demand and Inventory Planner!

The purpose of this role is to support the Web team in maximising global Web sales by optimising on-line inventory and ensuring product availability. This involves analysing sales data, forecasting demand and making commercial decisions to capitalise on opportunities that enhance Web sales and profitability. Additionally, the role also focuses on efficiently managing stock turnover and redistributing excess stock back into the wider business

Key Responsibilities of Web Demand and Inventory Planner (including but not limited to):

- Working with the Senior Demand Planner and Web team, forecast and build bottom-up commercial stock packages that support the on-line sales budgets
- Produce seasonal range sign off packs that include summary of previous season performance, full financial roll up showing the key growth areas along with supporting analysis and commentary
- Carry out routine reviews (weekly, monthly, seasonally) and report on current performance against forecast. Identifying sales and stock risks and opportunities to trade the web sites in season




- Work alongside the Web team to support the Global Web Sales Strategy by monitoring and maintaining healthy stock levels to support on-line product campaigns and providing updates on first expected receipt dates
- Responsible for ensuring stock of bestselling lines/core sizes and are always available at the right locations in the right depth, based on forward forecasted sales and reporting on availability
- Ensure efficient stock turn by adjusting the Web holding orders in line with trading decisions and conditions, by increasing the holding stock to support increased demand or releasing stock in a timely manner so it is made available to the wider business
- Identify stock that can be used to drive Pro Sales across different markets
- Identify and/or contribute to any clearance/FUU initiatives that can drive sales through the Website and ensure stock is monitored and sold through within expected timescales
- Responsible for the accurate maintenance of Web forecasts and buys held in Business Central

To join us as a Web Demand and Inventory Planner you must have:

Essential

- Previous experience in a similar analytical administration position
- Experience in data analysis and forecasting methods
- Good understanding of supply chain processes
- High level of IT competency with MS Office suite including Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines,



with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Approachable from all levels in the business and receptive to feedback
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as use own initiative
- Drive to make process improvements, challenge and change current ways of working
- Effective organisational skills, structured & methodical with excellent attention to detail
- Desire to provide the team with excellent service
