It supports business and field management to achieve operational excellence, higher performance, better customer experience and process integration.
/ph3Main responsibilities: /h3ulliCarry out specific sector analyzes and associated reporting /liliSupport in the process of implementing new store tools to improve field processes and procedures (e.g. new cashier tool, innovative payment methods..) /liliSupport the team in drafting operating manuals relating to new projects implemented in stores or the revision of existing processes /liliSupport the team, for the maintenance of the new cash system (both for SV and for GV), for the realization of the operational materials and in the continuous support phase for the stores /liliSupport team in the communication process to the stores /liliSupport for the management of in-store applications and existing processes through direct contact with Area Managers and stores /li /ulh3Main requirements:
