ph3Your Role In Our Team /h3 pAs a Product Portfolio Manager, you will drive the strategy, evolution, and lifecycle management of Körber Supply Chain’s software portfolio for automated material handling solutions. Leveraging your expertise in intralogistics software, you will translate market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities into a clear product vision and roadmap. Working closely with RD, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Service teams, you will ensure our software solutions continue to deliver customer value while supporting Körber’s long-term strategic objectives. You will also champion the adoption of innovative software technologies across the organization and support the successful rollout of new digital solutions. This role primarily focuses on K.oneX and the Parcel IT portfolio (LogX4) while also supporting legacy applications and future software additions through internal development, partnerships, or acquisitions. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Körber’s intralogistics software portfolio. /li liConduct market analysis, benchmarking, and identify emerging technology trends. /li liDevelop business cases, pricing strategies, and value propositions to maximize product profitability and market success. /li liTranslate market and customer requirements into clear functional priorities for RD teams. /li liDefine the product vision for Warehouse Management, Warehouse Control, Warehouse Execution, Fleet Management, Multi-Agent Orchestration, and Sortation software solutions. /li liPrioritize development initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and strategic objectives. /li liDrive portfolio lifecycle management, including product enhancements, upgrades, and end-of-life planning. /li liEnsure software solutions are scalable, modular, upgradeable, and aligned with Körber’s overall hardware and software portfolio.
/li liPromote technology synergies by encouraging the use of shared platforms and common software architectures. /li liCollaborate closely with Product Management, RD, Sales, Strategic Marketing, Operations, Service, and Innovation teams to ensure successful product development and market adoption. /li liSupport innovation initiatives by validating new concepts with customers and identifying future market opportunities. /li liDevelop and maintain high-quality sales enablement, training, and product configuration materials. /li liBuild strong relationships with technology partners, universities, industry associations, and customer innovation teams. /li liLead and mentor a small team of specialist Product Managers while influencing cross-functional stakeholders within a global matrix organization. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. /li liMinimum of 8 years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Business Development, or a similar role within a technical environment. /li liStrong expertise in intralogistics software, including solutions such as WMS, WCS, WES, MFC, FMS, MAO, or comparable warehouse automation technologies. /li liSolid understanding of warehouse operations, automated material handling systems, and digital supply chain solutions. /li liExperience building product roadmaps, defining business cases, pricing models, and lifecycle strategies. /li liProven ability to translate customer and market requirements into successful software products. /li /ul pWe value diversity and therefore welcome all applicants - regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic or social origin, religion/belief, disability, age, sexual orientation and identity, and any other protected status. /p pIf you have any questions or technical problems, please send us an e-mail to Bruno Maruqes Gameiro is the responsible person for this job advertisement. /p pHead of SW Product Management • Porcari, Lucca, IT /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
