Job Description
Enfinity Global is seeking an experienced BESS Engineering Director to lead the engineering and technical function for battery energy storage systems across our global Storage pipeline.
This newly created role owns the technical and engineering definition of our BESS assets end to end — from system architecture and technology selection through design, integration, and engineering oversight during construction and commissioning. The role is the engineering authority for BESS within the organization, setting design standards, defining system specifications, and providing the engineering basis for vendor evaluation and procurement. This is an engineering leadership position, not a commercial or business development role.
We are looking for a strong technical profile with solid experience in BESS technologies, vendor ecosystems, procurement structures, and price benchmarking. The ideal candidate will bring deep sector knowledge from a leading storage provider and the ability to align technical choices with commercial and operational priorities
