At Saipem, we embrace diversity as a driver of innovation and inclusion, while prioritizing people’s safety and environmental sustainability, even in the most challenging conditions. /p h3Purpose Of The Position /h3 pAs Project Manager, you will join our Department of Project Management, in the business line Energy Carriers. /p h3How can you support us? /h3 pHere below your responsibilities: /p ulliEnsure the governance of projects and initiatives in terms of organizational, financial, technological and contractual aspects, assuring the achievement of the established objectives, including the profit ones and ensures the observance of Company procedures and practices /liliPlan, coordinate and control the execution of the project, in accordance with the Client requirements, within time and cost constrains and in compliance with HSE and Quality procedures /liliAchieve profit objectives ensuring the observance of Saipem procedures and practices /liliRepresents Company towards Clients, Licensors, Partners and Subcontractors managing contractual aspects /liliEnsures the implementation of methodologies related to risk/opportunity, knowledge management, lessons learned, cost of non-quality and the respect of Saipem Golden Rules and Silver Guide Lines /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 h3Education /h3 ulliDegree in Engineering Science /liliProfessional qualification/Chartership is a plus, such as PMP, CIOB etc. certification.
/li /ul h3Experience /h3 pa minimum of 8/10 years of experience Oil Gas projects; a minimum of 4 years of experience in the role of Project Manager of large scale projects and with Majors Clients; /p h3Languages /h3 pEnglish B2/C1 /p h3Technical/IT Knowledge /h3 ulliProven track record of managing high-value, large scale, complex projects within the oil gas, new energies, or floaters sectors. /liliExtensive experience interface-managing global energy Majors and high-profile stakeholders. /liliAbility to lead global, diverse, and multi-disciplinary teams in a matrix organization. /liliStrong background across various project phases, including design management, planning, contract management, and cost control. /liliComprehensive command of standard project management tools, risk assessment techniques, and project control software. /liliDeep understanding of international contract structures, commercial risk mitigation, and change order and claim management. /liliSolid knowledge of budgeting, cost forecasting, and cash flow optimization for large-scale EPC projects. /liliDirect experience in managing and coordinating projects executed under Joint Venture (JV) consortiums is highly preferred. /liliExperience in executing modularized projects is highly preferred. /liliExperience working across different geographic regions and adapting to diverse regulatory standards and local content requirements is highly preferred. /liliYou will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating and competitive environment that constantly evolves and challenges your skills travelling abroad based on the projects you will work for.
