Role Description
DG Beauty is looking for a Global Business Control Manager to lead business performance management and drive the evolution of analytics, KPI frameworks and decision support across the organization. This is a highly visible role with end-to-end responsibility across P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow, providing a 360° view of performance across regions, channels, brands and product categories.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming business analytics and reporting capabilities, helping the organization move from reporting results to proactively steering performance, identifying growth opportunities and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Budget, Forecast, Strategic Plan and business reviews.
- Own and evolve business analytics, performance management and KPI frameworks.
- Build best-in-class reporting across regions, channels, brands and categories.
- Monitor profitability, gross margin, working capital, inventory, capex and cash generation.
- Translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Partner with HQ and Regional Teams.
- Drive finance transformation, automation and performance governance.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Controlling and/or F
