/liliImplement therapeutic interventions based on assessment findings, helping individuals enhance mobility, function, and quality of life.
/liliEducate individuals, families, and team members on treatment plans, therapy methods, injury prevention, positioning, range of motion, and more.
/liliCollaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including educators and healthcare professionals ensuring alignment with each Individual Program Plan (IPP) or Individual Education Plan (IEP).
/liliMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with program and regulatory requirements.
/liliSupport departmental operations, including equipment needs, adaptation, and orientation of new staff.
/liliParticipate in agency-wide initiatives that advance our mission and enhance the well-being of the people we serve.
